FAQ
Welcome to Dahlias on the Methow. Our farm is located in Twisp, Washington, on the beautiful Methow River. We have a 20 acre farm in which we raise dahlias, goats, pigs, Gypsy Horses and AKC puppies. We have been growing dahlias for 10 years and selling tubers for 4 years. This is a family affair, all the kids help plant, weed, water and harvest the dahlias all season long.
Diligent care is taken with our dahlias to keep viruses at bay. We sterilize between cuts and when dividing tubers. All of our plants are closely monitored by us for issues such as pests, viruses or nutritional needs. All of our dahlias are grown by us on our farm. We do not grow import tubers.

Replacements
Dahlia tubers are live plants and thus need specific care to thrive, we cannot be held responsible for the care once a tuber leaves our farm. Please open and inspect your tuber immediately after receiving and store in a cool place until planting. Store in a way or medium that will not allow the tuber to dry out or rot. We do not give refunds due to rotting in the garden due to too much rain or watering, pest damage, excessive fertilizer or failure to plant at the correct time. We will not be offering refunds for damaged tubers this season after 3 days of receipt; however, a replacement tuber may be issued for a future season at our discretion. Please be prepared to provide pictures of any issues that are presented.
Canceled Items
We have only listed a portion of our stock to help cover any storage failures or other issues that can occur when handling live plant material. However, sometimes mother nature has a way of interfering. If this happens, we will contact you immediately, with a refund.
